Class Selection Instructions

Step 1

  • Log into your Infinite Campus account (Students or Parent/Guardian)
  • Parent/Guardian:  If you have multiple students in the district, you will need to select the student you are completing course registration for.

Step 2
Click on Course Registration or the student name.

Step 3
Click on 25-26 HS Summer School to open the Course Requests page.

Step 4
Select Add Course to view summer school course options.

HS Summer School course names indicate the period and time the course meets.

Period 1 (P1) 8:00 - 8:55 am
Period 2 (P2) 9:00 - 9:55 am
Period 3 (P3) 10:00 - 10:55 am
Period 4 (P4) 11:00 - 11:55 am

CR indicates it is a Credit Recovery course, not for initial credit.

Step 5
Select summer school courses:

  • Click on the Add button next to the course you want to add or click on the course name to see a description of the course.
    • A pop out menu will appear asking if you want to add the course as a Request or Alternate. 
    • Choose Request. Please do not add Alternate courses to summer school registration.
  • Once the Request has been submitted, the status bar will populate with a percent complete. 
  • Continue selecting the needed courses for Credit Recovery or Initial Credit. Pay attention to the timing of each course.
  • If you make a mistake and want to change a course, bring up the list of courses and click the Delete button. 
    • A pop up menu will display asking you to delete the request. Or click on the course name and select Delete Request at the bottom of the screen.
  • When the needed courses have been selected, click Back at the top of the window to see all requested courses. The percent complete will automatically be calculated based on the number of course request units. Course Requests are automatically saved.
  • Students are encouraged, but not required, to select as many courses as needed to recover deficient credits. This will ensure students stay on track to complete graduation requirements.
  • At this point, verify the requested courses do not overlap periods. Course Requests are automatically saved.
  • OPTIONAL: Click on Print at the bottom of the window to obtain a copy of the course selections for your records. The printed page should not be signed and/or returned.
  • Complete course registration for additional students, if needed, or log out of Infinite Campus.
