Operations Work Order

Welcome to the work request page for the Buildings & Grounds Department.

The Operations Department is happy to announce we have moved our work order process to Operations Hero. To join and use the new software, just click on any of these Operations Hero links for access to the system.  You will be directed to Operations Hero Login page where you simply need to select "Continue with Google" for access.  

If you have more than one google account, please ensure that you select your sdsm account to ensure that the system recognizes your email address.

There is not a login password or a submittal password with this software, the system recognizes your work email for access.  You will then be able to complete the simple form for your work request. Please email Bill King or Carol Dufek if you have any issues accessing the software to submit your work request!
