American Sprots Builders Association Recognizes SDSM Field Designs

You don’t have to tell us our fields are great, but it's nice to hear!

Recently, the American Sports Builders Association awarded the high school the Distinguished Single-Field Facility Award and the Distinguished Multi-Field Facility Award. 

The school’s football field and stadium, track, and field facilities, baseball field, and softball field had significant upgrades in recent years thanks to an investment by the district, a $1 million grant from the Bucyrus Foundation, and close to $1 million dollars raised by the Launching a Legacy Campaign. Student use of those fields has skyrocketed since the improvements were completed. Thanks to our partners at Midwest Sports and Turf and to the design firm GRAEF for their work on the project!
