Course Guide

These courses offer students an opportunity to earn initial credit in either Team Concepts or Outdoor Activities. The courses meet during three periods for the entire 6-week summer session. Attendance is mandatory for completion of this course for credit. NOTE: Students may not repeat a Phy Ed strand for initial credit. Course #s: 7532S or 7533S

Students who received a failing grade for either S1 or S2 will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits.

Students who received a failing grade for either S1 or S2 in English 9, English 10, Composition, Diverse Voices in Literature, Journalism, Media Studies, or Themes in Literature/Writing will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits.

Students who received a failing grade for either S1 or S2 in American Government, Pre-AP World History, or US History will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits.

Students who received a failing grade for either S1 or S2 will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits.

Students who received a failing grade for Algebra 2, Financial Algebra, Statistics & Probability or Technical Math will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits.

Intro Phy Ed-CR: Students who received a failing grade for Introduction to Phy Ed will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits. Course #: 7510CR

Self, Team or Outdoor CR: Students who received a failing grade for Self Enhancement, Team Concepts or Outdoor Activity will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits. Course #s: 7531CR (Self), 7532CR (Team), 7533CR (Outdoor)

This course offers students the opportunity to recover deficient credits in Career Education.

Students who received a failing grade for either S1 or S2 in Biology, Biology Accl, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Physical Science will have the opportunity to recover deficient credits.

This course is geared toward overall athletic development for all high school athletes, regardless of the sport in which they participate. The purpose of this class is to assist student-athletes to improve in the areas of speed, power, agility, and flexibility. Current 8th grade students must contact the HS Counseling office to register for this course.
