4K Registration

We are excited to announce that 4K registration for the 2020-2021 school year in the School District of South
Milwaukee is now open!  Any student that will be four years old on or by September 1, 2020 is eligible to register
for 4K.  If a child in your house will turn four by that date, we encourage you to register now.  If you know a family
that has a child that could attend 4K next school year, please forward this email to them.  Families may register by
using this link
, which is also found on our school district homepage.
We also have paper registration forms available in boxes mounted outside the main entrance of each of the four
elementary schools in South Milwaukee (Blakewood, Lakeview, E. W. Luther, Rawson).  If you are unable to
 complete registration using the online link, you may pick up a paper form and mail it back to our district office.
Traditional half-day 4K will be offered at Blakewood, Lakeview, and E. W. Luther schools, along with wrap-around
care offered by the South Milwaukee Recreation Department at Blakewood and Lakeview schools.  More
information about all of these programs, including times, are in both the online and paper registration forms.
Although there is no formal registration deadline for our traditional half-day programs, we encourage you to register
right away, especially if you have either an AM or PM preference.  We are proud to be able to offer many options
to our youngest learners - the future class of 2034!

Half-day 4K will not be available at Rawson Elementary School during the 2020-21 school year due to an all-day
4K pilot program at Rawson.  The registration deadline for the all-day pilot has now passed.  Rawson area
students attending 4K at other schools will return to Rawson Elementary for 5K the following school year.

Questions about 4K registration may be sent to Chris Sepersky, principal of Lakeview Elementary, at
